Who we are

What we collect on this website

• Forms. The Free Instagram Analysis and project forms do not send anything to our server. When you press the button, your answers are put into a WhatsApp message that you see and send yourself.
• WhatsApp and email. If you message or email us, we receive what you send: usually your name, number or email, your Instagram handle and your message.
• Language choice. Your browser remembers whether you chose English or Arabic (a small setting called noor_lang in local storage). It never leaves your device.
• Server logs. Like every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the site running.

What we don’t do

This website has no user accounts and, at the moment, no analytics or advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We don’t sell or rent your information. If we add analytics or ad measurement in the future, we will update this page first.

How we use your information

Only to reply to you, prepare the analysis or proposal you asked for, and work on your project if we work together.

Other services

When you contact us through WhatsApp, Instagram or email, those services handle your messages under their own privacy policies (for example WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta).

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep messages only as long as we need them for the conversation or the project. You can ask us at any time what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by email or WhatsApp.
